Food and diet is everything. Lisa is healthy and looks amazing. She knows what works and what does not and within the first hour of meeting with her, she had me on the right track. Here I am one week down the road and I feel totally different. No bloating, sleeping the night through, have so much more energy. I highly recommend you work with her to turn your life around.

We owe Lisa such a debt of gratitude for stepping in and imparting her guidance. leaping into action, prescribed a battery of probiotics, natural supplements, magnesium oil, and guided our son to a friendlier diet. Her knowledge, confidence and delivery soothed our troubled souls, and frankly saved our son’s life. We will forever owe her for taking charge, and we thank her a million times!

I love putting on pants that I have not been able to wear for six years. Lisa is the best!
